Husband to Kirsten. Father to Barrett and Beau. Loves being in the outdoors. Hiker. Hunter. College Football and Detroit Tigers fan. Loves preaching and being with people. Believes that the local church is God's way to reach an unbelieving world.
Executive Pastor
Pastor Justin is passionate about helping families—and the local church—reach their God-given potential. While he serves as the Executive Pastor at Crossroads, his favorite roles are being a husband to his wife, Angela, and a father to their three children: Lily, Lucy, and Levi. When he isn’t diving into a good book, a compelling documentary, or following the latest in the sports world, Justin is dedicated to the mission of Crossroads. Whether he’s preaching, catching up in the lobby, or leading the staff throughout the week, his heart is to see Fayette County transformed by the practical, life-changing grace of Jesus.
Children's Pastor
Wife to John. Mother to Lincoln and Charlotte. Love reading, iced coffee, photography, and spending time with my family. I have a passion for teaching children just how much Jesus loves and building future disciples.
Worship Pastor
Wife to Jason. Mother to JoLeigh and Jessalynne. Lover of all things outdoors, coffee and music. Retired hairstylist and baby enthusiast. My dream is to see the world worship Jesus the way He deserves, to live a life of worship that honors and glorifies God, and lead our congregation in doing the same.
Production Director
Husband to Stacey, father to Noah and Jase. We have 3 blue heelers(Gracie, Bailey, Lorelei), a husky (Layla) and a horse named Pete. I love to be outdoors, especially on a golf course, and also enjoy spending time with our two boys playing in the yard or taking them on tractor rides. I love to play drums, piano, guitar, sing and listen to the latest worship music. My goal is to help people have meaningful encounters with Christ by implementing technology in creative and innovative ways.

Husband to Teresa. Proud father and grandfather. I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, and trips to the beach. My hope is for the local church to continue to grow and for more people to know Jesus.
